How to access the MyJDW Payslip dashboard?
You will access Employee Payslip in my JDW dashboard app. The username is the Employee number, and the password is your JDW password.
The responsibilities of store managers include issuing weekly payslips to part-time employees and monthly payslips to full-time employees, according to their hours worked.
Employees who have taken leave will have their payslip pay changed. Therefore, they had to visit the myJDW payslip login page in order to receive their payment details. To access MyJDW Payslip dashboard, follow these steps.
Step1: Visit the official website
In the first step, visit the official website www.myjdw.co.uk from your browser.
Step 2: Click the login page
In the second step, you have to click the login page
Step 3: Enter the employee number
After clicking the login page enter the employee number, which consists of a 7 digit number. The employee number on your Payslip can be found in the top right-hand corner. Enter this number into the box and click Submit. You will then be redirected to your dashboard, where you will be able to view and print your Payslip.
Step 4: Enter the employee’s password.
After entering the employee number, enter the password in the next step. If you need to know your employee password, contact payroll or your HR representative. Beside each deduction, an item is an amount – how much money was taken out for that particular deduction item.
Step 5: Click the login button.
After entering the credentials, click the login button.
Step 6: MyJDW Payslip dashboard
After clicking the login button, you will be directed to the myJDW Payslip dashboard. There are a few options on the left-hand side of the page. Click on ‘My JDW Salary Slip’ in order to access your Payslip online. You don’t need to log into any other portal in order to view your Payslip.
Step 7: Click the Payslip from the menu.
Click the Payslip from the menu to view their current and earlier payslip transaction details. When you log in to your MyJDW account, click on Employees and then Payslip for a detailed overview of your salary information.

- Hours worked
- Gross pay (total wages) for the week, including overtime
- Pay for the current period
- Total gross pay for the year so far. You’ll also see a graph showing how your gross wages have changed from January this year up until now. Click on any of the months on this graph to see when you were paid and what your hourly rate was during that period.
